Attendance is very important for your student's success.
All attendance reports must be submitted to this Google Form.
If you need to pick up your student prior to 3:15 M/W/F or 11:30 T/Th for an appointment, etc, use the Google Form to submit the information no later than 9AM that day. The student will be released at the designated time to sign out at the office before leaving campus.
Failure to complete the above process will result in an unexcused absence.
Only parents/guardians are allowed to submit this form. Sign-in is required to ensure the identity of the person completing this form. Encourage your student to reach out to their teachers directly to ensure continuity of learning.
Parents are required to inform the school of any student absence or tardy for all five days a week, including Tuesdays and Thursdays (internship days).
Students must communicate directly with their mentors to request to be excused from internship for any reason, for any amount of time. Students must also inform their advisors if they will miss part or all of an internship day.
